- Event Content: Photos, videos, and text messages uploaded by event hosts and guests. Uploaded content may include images or recordings of other individuals. By uploading such content, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from those individuals for their data to be collected and displayed through the Service.
- Usage Data: Browser type, device type, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
- Event Data: Event names, codes, dates, and settings configured by event hosts.

- Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- Enable event creation, media uploading, and live wall display functionality.

- Service Providers: We share data with the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and row-level access control
- Cloudflare R2 — media file storage (photos, thumbnails)
- Cloudflare Stream — video storage and delivery
- Vercel — application hosting and deployment
- Event Participants: Content you upload to an event may be visible to other participants and displayed on the event wall.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
Your data is stored using industry-standard security practices. We use Supabase for authentication and database storage with row-level security, ensuring only authorised parties can access event data. Media files are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served exclusively over HTTPS. While we implement safeguards to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention:Event media (photos, videos) and associated messages are automatically and permanently deleted when your event's storage period expires:
- Premium plan: 3 months from event creation
- Pro plan: 12 months from event creation
After expiry, all uploaded media and messages are permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered. Account information and event metadata (name, date, settings) may be retained for longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience. We also use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how our service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
